Darren Seed

PRESIDENT

Darren is the President of Incite Capital Markets Inc. He has worked extensively in both the Canadian and American capital markets with over 25 years of experience across various industries including Biotech, Fuel Cell, High Tech and the venture capital arena. Prior to starting Incite, Darren held executive-level capital markets and corporate finance positions for over 20 years at companies inter-listed on the TSX and NASDAQ stock exchanges. He has led a number of corporate transactions and has raised in excess of $800 million for those companies. His corporate banking and capital markets network is extensive and reaches throughout Europe and North America.

Awarded "Best Investor Relations Officer – Small or Mid-Cap" by the Globe and Mail and IR Magazine Canada, Darren also brings a comprehensive and established approach to investor relations and communications. He has executed successful IR programs with an international reach, resulting in significant increases and diversification in institutional shareholder ownership. Darren, a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute ("CIRI") since 2005, was on CIRI's National Board of Directors until 2017.

Eric Negraeff

CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT

Eric is an accomplished entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience while working in capital markets as a professional trader and investment advisor. Beginning his career at C.M. Oliver & Company as a trader on the US desk, Eric honed his skills to become a successful proprietary trader creating a profitable division designed to take advantage of unique arbitrage opportunities.

Eric then went on to manage a proprietary trading desk where he designed trading strategies and managed credit risk for high net worth and institutional clientele. For the past 15 years, Eric has been an investment advisor at PI Financial specializing in helping clients build their portfolio and raising capital for small to mid-size companies (both public and private) across multiple industries. 

Clayton Paradis

VICE-PRESIDENT, CAPITAL MARKETS

Clayton brings over 15 years of capital markets and investor relations experience to his clients. Most recently, Clayton lead the investor relations function for one of Canada’s largest energy companies with shareholders and joint venture partners geographically dispersed throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Prior to his career in investor relations, Clayton worked for two of Canada’s largest financial institutions in equity research as an energy analyst, one of which was a number one ranked Royalty Trust Research Team - Brendan Wood Survey 2005. His efforts in investor relations have been recognized by industry and peers through recognition of being among the top five companies in Canada for the “Most Progress in Investor Relations” twice in his career in the IR Magazine Investor Perceptions Study. Clayton is a member of the Canadian Investor Relations Institute (CIRI) and holds an MBA – Finance from the University of Calgary and a Bachelors of Management from the University of Lethbridge.

Kristian Schneck

VICE-PRESIDENT, CAPITAL MARKETS

Kristian is a capital markets professional with over 15 years of experience covering buy side, sell side, and corporate business development roles within the Canadian energy space. Most recently Kristian led the natural resources equity and commodity research team for a large Canadian pension fund manager with a primary focus on long-only active portfolio management. In addition, Kristian has several years of experience as a published equity research analyst covering Canadian exploration and production companies. Prior to his capital markets career, Kristian was a successful sales and marketing executive within the software and technology sectors in Seattle, WA.

Kristian brings a diverse skill set centered on strategic planning and advising, corporate and asset valuations, global equity and commodity markets, and forging strong relationships. Kristian obtained his MBA from the University of Alberta, in addition to a Bachelor of Science in Geology and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, both from Indiana University.

Tim McNulty

VICE-PRESIDENT

Tim is a capital markets specialist with over 20 years of experience executing financial strategies for large and emerging companies listed on the NYSE, TSX and junior stock exchanges. He has extensive capital market experience in corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructurings, capital funding, regulations and compliance, and investor relations working for large and small public companies including Intrawest Corp. and Canadian Airlines International. Mr. McNulty was part of the corporate finance group when Intrawest Corp. raised US$300 million in debt and was subsequently taken private by Fortress Investment Group after strategic review. He also led Canadian Airlines investor relations through a US$225 million bond issuance and a reverse takeover attempt of Air Canada. More recently Mr. McNulty has consulted to emerging public companies through financial and corporate transactions on the TSX-Venture and Canadian Securities Exchanges.
